Protégé Mentorship
Protégé is a professional mentorship program that is designed to enhance the leadership qualities of St. Charles County’s emerging workforce.
Through monthly one-on-one mentorship meetings designed for personal and professional development, participants will receive enriching insight from some of St. Charles County’s most respected leaders.
The structured program begins with a protégé/luminary (mentee/mentor) match event in August. The primary function of this match event is to act like a “speed dating” experience. After this event, protégés and luminaries are matched and begin an eight month formalized mentorship program which requires at least monthly face to face meetings.
As a division of Vision Leadership St. Charles County, Protégé runs concurrent with the annual Vision Leadership class, beginning in August, and concluding with a graduation ceremony in April. In this time frame, Protégé participants are also offered numerous networking opportunities with the participants of Vision Leadership St. Charles and its alumni.
Protégé will expand participants’ horizons and help them live and work up to their fullest potential. It is a rare and extraordinary opportunity to be mentored by someone that could change your life forever.
Your cost for participating in the Protégé Mentorship program is $200 & will be applied at the time of program acceptance.
